I work with founders, leadership teams and fellow directors on strategy, growth, operational discipline, technology, succession and exit preparedness. Boards should build the capabilities, processes and culture needed to endure.
Ask hard questions. Challenge assumptions.
I am comfortable asking difficult questions and challenging assumptions when it is in the best interests of the organisation. Those conversations are not always easy, and I accept that my approach may not be the right fit for every board. Honest, respectful challenge is an important part of good governance.

Much of my contribution is centred on helping organisations move from founder or CEO dependence to institutional strength — strengthening governance, improving processes, using technology thoughtfully, establishing organisational rhythm and creating an environment where the business can thrive beyond any one individual.
