Learned the foundations of enterprise software across products, sales, marketing and operations. Led global growth for Orion, Premia, and Merlin across multiple markets.
2000
Founded Xmediaries and built CrossRoads, an Enterprise Relationship Management platform. Acquired 38 clients in the first year. Recognised as a leading CRM technology provider in EMEA by IDC.
2002
3i InfotechAcquired by ICICI Infotech (later 3i Infotech). Led EMEA operations as COO and member of the Operations Board, delivering 85%+ YoY growth. The products I helped scale now sit within Azentio Software, formed in 2021 when Apax Partners acquired 3i Infotech's global software products business.

Founded Agile Financial Technologies to build next-generation software for the world's financial markets. Now operating in 30+ countries.

Created My Life's Vault to help families organise what matters most before life's unexpected moments.
